About Us
WHO WE ARE
Sustainversity is a trading division of Kaizo Group Ltd, an Aberdeen-based team working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, sustainability and education. We are a team with cross-sector experience in business analytics, circular economy, and clean energy. And we are currently building the platform we wish had existed when we were trying to break into the green economy ourselves.
WHAT WE DO
Most sustainability courses are generic, passive, and disconnected from what employers actually need. We built something different: an AI-powered learning engine that adapts to flexible learning, gamified modules that encourage engagement, and real-world case studies that connect directly to green economy career.
MISSION
To close the global green skills gap by making sustainability education accessible, personalised, and directly connected to real careers, with a deliberate focus on the people the green economy currently leaves behind.
VISION
To become the go-to entry point for green economy careers globally, the place where the next generation of green talent actually begins.
THE PROBLEM WE'RE SOLVING
Over 100 million green jobs are expected globally by 2030. Right now, only 1 in 8 workers have any green skills, and 67% of UK employers say they can't find staff with adequate sustainability knowledge. Traditional education hasn't kept pace, it's slow, expensive, and often disconnected from what the green transition actually requires.
Sustainversity exists to close that gap, for the people the current system leaves out.
